All services are final sale. Due to the nature of mobile windshield repair work, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the repair, please contact us and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

While we aim to restore windshield integrity and prevent further damage, rock chip and crack repairs are not always able to make the damage completely invisible or fully restore glass to its original factory condition. Results may vary depending on the size, location, and severity of the damage.

By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept that repairs are performed to improve safety and prevent further cracking, not to guarantee cosmetic perfection or full restoration of the windshield.
